🔧 What We Cover Emergency Response Services:
When water problems strike, fast action is crucial to prevent costly damage. Our emergency team is ready 24/7 to handle:
Burst Pipes – Immediate shutoff and damage control to stop flooding.
Overflowing or Leaking Toilets – Quick fixes to restore function and prevent water damage.
Major Drain Clogs – Emergency clearing to keep water flowing properly.
Water Shutoff Issues – Rapid response to locate and stop water flow safely.
💲 Transparent Emergency Rates
We believe in clear, upfront pricing — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Flat Rate: $150/hour for active emergencies (e.g., burst pipes, HVAC failures, electrical issues)
Minor Calls: $75/hour for lower-urgency matters (e.g., non-flushing toilet, simple lockouts)
Minimum Charge: 1 hour per dispatch, then billed in 30-minute increments
Parts & Follow-Ups: If additional parts or a return visit are required, we’ll provide a detailed estimate before any extra work begins
